Due to COVID-19, and recent changes to international and domestic shipping, customers may experience delays in shipping time.

We provide both domestic and international shipping services.

International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. 

4. **Order Tracking:**

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to monitor the shipment's progress.

5. **Shipping Address:**

Customers must ensure that their shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. **Customs and Duties:**

 For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

7. **Lost or Stolen Packages:**

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the destination carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery location and contact your local carrier for further support.

8. **Change Order/ Ordered Wrong Items:**

Once you have placed your orders, we cannot change or modify your orders. Customers are advised to check their carts before placing an order. Our team are quick to package and dispatch all orders. 

9. **Returns Due To Shipping Issues:**

Customers must ensure to provide the correct address during checkout. We’re not responsible for shipment to the incorrect address. 

Due to COVID-19 and changes to international delivery, laws, regulations and customs, it may take an extra few days for you to receive your order. For international delivery, once the orders reaches its destination country, we will not be in charge of delivery. Customers will receive a different tracking number from their local carriers.
