If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you bought, we offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return eligible items within 14 days of the purchase date. You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange. Returns are accepted on reasonable grounds. Customers are advised to contact us via email to arrange their returns. Amyris London does not offer free returns.
**2. Reporting Defective/Damaged Items:**
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will require clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage to process your claim. We will provide a full refund if the items received are defective or damaged.
**3. Condition and Packaging:**
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
**4. Incorrect Or Missing items:**
Amyris London has a strict quality control process before orders are dispatched. We will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
For incorrect items, Amyris London offers a full refund or replacement subject to availability.
For items with incorrect colour, we offer a refund or resend your order if you provide photographic evidence of the items received, including name, content and date of purchase.
For parts missing, we may refund partially or resend the missing parts; for parts missing which affect product function, we will resend the product only.
We offer free returns for all eligible items. Contact our customer service at info@amyrislondon.com to initiate the return process and receive a return shipping label.
**5. Consolidated Returns:**
If you need to return multiple items, please arrange them into a single package. Shipping multiple packages may result in additional fees which you have to pay for. We recommend bundling your returns to avoid extra costs. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return. Amyris London will not be in charge of missing returns.
**6. Exclusions:**
Please note that all jewellery sets, nose rings, nose studs and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. All other eligible items are subject to our return policy.
Final sales items cannot be returned.
**7. Orders Not Received:**
Amyris London will not deal with refunds or resend orders if the tracking information shows the order has been delivered. If you do not receive your package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
Customers are advised to see their tracking information for updates on their delivery. If the package is not delivered, a tracking information alert will be updated on the tracking. This could be for various reasons and customers must be informed of the following reasons:
a) Incorrect/insufficient address.
b) No such number.
c) Unknown recipient.
d) Refused.
e) Do not pick up in time.
f) No safe delivery location.
g) Uncleared customs.
